ANBauEn

The focus area ANBauEn investigates how complex systems with emergent properties arise from fundamental building blocks and how, conversely, the behavior of complex systems in the natural sciences can be inferred from fundamental structures and principles. With this goal, the focus area brings together scientists from the faculties of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, as well as the Medical Faculty OWL and the Technical Faculty, for an interdisciplinary exchange of methods and findings.
